About me
Ali Wheeler comprises half of the brother and sister duo (The Black Canon) dedicated to preserving not only Black Art in the form of their vast multi-media collection, but also their father's legacy. Upon his passing, they were blessed to inherit his groundbreaking life's work, amassing over 40,000 collectibles from the 1920's and beyond across film, visual arts, albums, books, magazines, artifacts and other memorabilia.
Beyond his non-profit efforts, Ali is a long-standing HRIS professional with CBRE, and earned his Bachelor's Degree from University of Phoenix, and Master's from Texas Woman's University, after studying at Howard
University. He enjoys traveling with his family and supporting his multi-hyphenate son in his creative pursuits.
