About me
Sydnie Dumas is a recent graduate of Central Michigan University with a B.S. in Secondary Education with a focus on English Language and History. She is currently teaching 7th grade English Language Arts at The Sault Area Middle School in the rural community of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. Sydnie is currently enrolled in the Early Educator Program through Teach Michigan. She is the middle school track coach, she runs the school newspaper, and is co-leader of SAMS Student Council and is a member of the School Improvement team at Sault Area Middle School. She also received teacher of the month in December of 2023.
